DayStar Childcare: Comprehensive Student Management

REQUIREMENTS

• DayStar Childcare and Infant Learning Center needed a new database to manage student enrollment, teacher trainings, and more. They wanted a comprehensive solution to allow parents to automatically update information and to be able to report on student enrollment and demographics as well as their own case management services to families.

SOLUTIONS

• Customized Education Cloud to use K-12 structure but modify it for a daycare center.

• Custom enrollment forms via Flow and Dropbox Sign so enrollment information would flow directly into the database

• Custom tuition tiering automations to assign families to a tier based on criteria and then assign tuition rates based on tier

• Custom fields and reports to keep track of teacher training dates for recurring trainings

• Staff training on enrollment processes, report pulls, etc.
