Tipping Point Consulting is . . .

A team of nonprofit professionals who can help your organization streamline processes and procedures using Salesforce’s world-class fundraising, marketing, and program/school management platform. A clean database will help you raise more money, gain insight into the effectiveness of your programs, recruit more volunteers, and more. We’ll help you get there with our tried-and-true process for implementing, or improving, your Salesforce Education Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud CRM.

Our process involves four steps:

Salesforce Dashboard Screen
  • We listen closely to your team’s needs and pain points. Then, we create a map of your Salesforce CRM.

  • We build out a customized instance of Salesforce that puts crucial data at your fingertips. We also work with you to consolidate, cleanse, and load your existing data.

  • The success of your Salesforce implementation hinges on your team’s ability to use it. We train admins and super users starting in week one, and then do extensive hands-on training once your implementation is complete.

  • Every project we tackle includes at least a month’s worth of ongoing support. Managed services can give you more support over time if that is a good fit for your team.

  • Working with Tipping Point has been great as we continue to identify new needs and work through the ways Salesforce can help us meet those needs. We are a small organization, and Tipping Point has provided us with great value for our investment, working with us every step of the way to make sure we know the latest Salesforce capabilities and potential use cases.

    Jen Wagner, EdChoice

  • Tipping Point got us up and running, gave us options for form builders that were within our budget, provided personalized training for our staff, and even dealt with some licensing issues that came up during our project build-out. They were easy to work with, communicative, and went above and beyond to deliver our project within the agreed budget.

    Tommy Parker, Yellowstone Schools

  • Tipping point consultants provided personalized training and support throughout to ensure that my team and I were proficient in using the CRM tool before closing out our project as done. They also let me know that they are available to provide ongoing support to help ensure we continue to get the most out of the Salesforce platform.

    Jaharia Filmore, MYDC

  • We are grateful to each person on the team that has approached us with patience and kindness as we've worked to set-up our system and now maintain it. If you are looking for a team of individuals that will go above and beyond to help you meet your needs, look no further!

    Rosana Hanif, Humanity in Action

  • We received a customized project plan and outcomes that were a fit. We especially appreciate how they helped us grow our internal capacity to maintain our Salesforce solutions but also develop our own, building on the work they did with us.

    Jimmy Holmes, Amethyst Place

  • I recommend Tipping Point to any nonprofit using Salesforce NPSP. They understand the unique needs of organizations and strive to provide affordable and excellent support.

Kristina Uland, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc.

  • A pleasure to work with - I highly recommend them
