Our process involves four steps:

The success of your Salesforce implementation hinges on your team’s ability to use it. We train admins and super users starting in week one, and then do extensive hands-on training once your implementation is complete.

Every project we tackle includes at least a month’s worth of ongoing support. Managed services can give you more support over time if that is a good fit for your team.
