Nonprofit Success Pack Quickstart: $7,000

Includes:

  • Time spent learning how your organization data operation works and getting all the information together to be sure we are ready to set up your account

  • Setting up individuals, families, and corporate accounts inside your instance

  • Setting up how grants or donations are processed in your instance and the information collected for them

  • Setting up and syncing an online donation form that speaks to your Salesforce instance via iATS Payment (other payment processors may be substituted, depending on needs)

  • Importing your pre-formatted and cleaned donor and donation data into the system

  • Customizing profiles and permissions so that the right staff members have access to the right information

  • Setting up your dashboards and homepage for user friendliness

  • Set up the sync between your email account and the Salesforce instance

  • Training on how to use the Salesforce instance. Documentation on what is built and how to use it


Volunteers for Salesforce Quickstart: $4,500

Includes:

  • Time spent learning how your organization data operation works and getting all the information together to be sure we are ready to set up your account

  • Setting up volunteer skills you want to keep track of, and customizing availability for volunteers (weekends, weekdays, etc.)

  • Setting up two email notifications for volunteers, typically a thank you when they sign up for a shift and a reminder before their shift begins

  • Adding volunteer-related custom data to your system, such as working hours, total hours volunteered in a lifetime or a year, certifications that may be important to your organization, etc

  • Setting up a V4SF site that allows volunteers to see and update their basic contact data, sign up for shifts and jobs, log hours, and see how many hours they've volunteered.

  • Installation and basic setup of Pardot, including tracking codes, vanity URLs, and email authentication for improved deliverability

  • Syncing Pardot with your Salesforce CRM and importing clean data to be used for your email program

  • Creating the email templates, form, and one drip campaign you need to get your marketing journey started in Pardot

  • End user training on Pardot use and best practices. Documentation on any customizations in Pardot.


K-12 Recruitment Quickstart: $4,400

Includes:

  • Spending time getting to know your needs and use cases so the system can be set up to work for you

  • Configuring basic settings in EDA for things like naming conventions and account types (household or individual)

  • Adding additional information to the contact, and setting up stages to track where a recruit is in their journey

  • Creating a basic interest form that can be placed on your website to put interested parties into Salesforce. Time depends on your form and connector solution

  • Creating a notification when a contact changes statuses in your system. This can alert the recruitment team to a change

  • Setting up a basic event tracking system, without front-facing event sign up, to see which students have come to recruitment events. (Note: This could be replaced with using Zapier to map events from EventBrite or a similar event management system into Salesforce.

  • Upload of your current, pre-formatted data for those in the recruitment pipeline into Salesforce
